Description: Hi Love Bugs! Here's a look at what my current Sunday Reset Routine typically looks like. I like to dedicate Sunday to getting the house and my self in order. There's some clean with me and some self care footage in the vid, mixed in with my new daily workout routine (more details on that coming next week - subscribe so you don't miss it) and my meal prep routine. I generally only meal prep for Monday through Friday. It's easier for me to eat as I go on the weekends. However, for the work week, I HAVE TO go into the week with at least the outline of a meal plan. If not I get caught up at work all day and will very likely under eat or unconsciously snack on not the healthiest options. I also shared my SUPER SIMPLE, 3 steps only, everyday makeup routine. This is how I actually do my makeup on a day to day. Seriously, can't get much simpler. I tried to pack a bunch into this video to give you guys an idea of what my actual Sunday would look like but it does vary from week to week. However, these are the main to-do's I like to get done during my ideal Sunday.
